I replaced my fuel pump in my 1999 Toyota Camry and it still will not start. I have checked the relays, fuses disconnected the battery and still nothing. I can hear the fuel pump working but still won't start. Do you have any suggestions? I was driving the car when the fuel pump went out. 3 Answers
