Car wont start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car has no power. Tried jumping it and
got it to start and as i began to pull out of
the parking lot i lost power and the car died
out. Tried jump starting again when i was
hooked up with jumper cables the battery
started sparking as i turned the key. But no
crank or power at all. What could the
problem be?

Sparking ....not a good sign. Suggest you start checking under hood fuses first. Is there a 100 amp ALT fuse?
