Would my struts have to be modified or custom for
size 22 inch rims to fit?

I DO NOT THINK YOU CHANGE THE HEIGHT OF THE STRUTS. A 22 IN RIM MOST LIKELY WILL NO FIT. MAYBE A 17 OR 18 IN, RIM?
