I always start with Air filter, Oil & Oil filter, Check or replace Spark plugs & plug wire set, distributor cap & rotor button if equipped. Clean or replace PCV Valve, Radiator fluid change/flush & thermostat. Top off all fluids like wind-shield washer fluid reservoir. Trans fluid & trans filter change. Fuel Filter at yours age, and Power steering fluid change (Syphon out or turkey baster out some fluid and top off). Check your belts for wear. Check your brakes and open up the bleeder valves and do procedure for bleeding out brake system just to remove old brake fluid and keep master cylinder topped off while doing so. Check all the hoses and vacuum lines for dryrot, damage failures, for age related failures. I also make sure I look for leaks and repair, Spray out the radiator cooling fins if dirty. I use Dielectric grease on the spark plug boots (both ends). Make sure all electrical connections are secure. Now is a good time to check all fuses & light bulbs. Check tires for wear, uneven ect and grease any (if any are installed) frame/suspension ball joints. Typically when someone says tune up they mean Air filter, spark plugs & Plug wires, Oil/trans/radiator fluid & filter changes. Timing belt if not yet changes then put new timing belt on, if yours has a chain then it should be fine. If its never had fuel injection cleaner used in it, may be a good idea to do so. Cabin filter, a/c charged up. Battery & Batter/starter terminal wires if aged. Battery/Alternator/starter tested for up coming failures. Clean Fuel Injectors, Sensors if you can and/or test them. Cat may need replaced as-well as exhaust. Rubber & brake lines check for age related damage. Shocks ect. Water pump while doing timing belts. .

The throttle body & IAC may could a cleaning and MAF sensor, look online for videos for how to do, Just do not touch the filament for MAF sensor and only use MAF cleaner to clean it. Use throttle body/IAC cleaner on throttle body/IAC after they are removed and use assortment of nylon brushes and install with new gaskets
