my 1999 toyota camry turns over but will not start

If you have fuel, have you checked for spark yet?

take a phillips screwdriver and pull one of the plug wires off of one of the plugs...put it in the electrode and hold it close to the frame...does the spark jump?....wear gloves...I'm goin with the starter relay~ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2O1c_6Up6U
