IT ONLY BLOWS WHEN DRIVING AFTER A MINUTE. DOES NOT BLOW IDLING OR REVVING ENGINE.
Most likely you have a bad ground. When the engine is idling the current it generates is lower than when you are driving and accelerating.

And the heat starts getting cold. When I stp at a red light for just a bit, the gauge begins going up again to the normal range and the heat begins blowing in the car.
