what is color of the fuel pump wire in the wiring harness in my 1999 toyota camry

If you are trying to activate the fuel pump for testing, check to see if you have a diagnostic connector under the left rear hood area. Open the cap to this connector and look at the underside of the cap. There should be an indication of a Fp terminal. A FUSED jumper wire from Fp to battery (+) terminal will power up the fuel pump. Without this test point, you will need a wiring diagram of this circuit to ID the several wires going to the fuel pump. Taking a guess is risky. You also have wires for your fuel gauge in this harness.
