Look for the actual leak to know what needs replacing. My guess is a valve cover gasket.

Pull off the igniter coil bracket drill a small hole in the plug thread a wood screw into it and pull it out. You can clean the plug and hole real good with clorinated break cleaner or alcohol then apply ultra gray or red rtv and pop the plug back in bolt the braket back on and fill in the rest of the void with rtv. Allow a day or two for the rtv to cure oil and that is it. I have had 2 99 & 97camerys and this fixed both of them but also make sure your valve cover gasket is not leaking if so make sure to rtv around sparkpug tubes when replacing the valve cover gasket
