Both fans on my Camry are not coming on, The fans aren't bad and I replaced the coolant temp sensor. Could it be a relay issue? Any help or suggestions are appreciated. thanks.

Can you get one fan to run if you use the A/C? If one fan comes on, I would try replacing your relay for the other. Post back with results.
See if there is a 2 wire sensor/switch located on the left or right side of the radiator. Carefully disconnect it. Start her up and see if both fans come on. Get back to us with result.
Yes both fans come on.
Ok......with out the aid of a wiring diagram for this vehicle....my guess is that switch....sensor...is bad. Do you have or know how to use a digital volt ohm meter?
Try this. With the connector disconnected...set the OHM meter to a low ohms scale. Place the leads across the terminals of the Switch in the radiator when the engine is cold. Note the reading on the meter. Start the engine and let it warm up to normal operating temp. Is the reading on the OHM Meter any different?
