V6 99 Toyota Camry wont start no spark, has fuel

Check your major fuses under the hood. I suspect you have a failed igniter. I don't know the exact location of your igniter. Here is a picture. You should be able to locate it. There's one for sale on Ebay for $32. Or try your local salvage yard. If you buy and after market one, they're a little over $100.
