Question type: Car Customization

I am replacing my interior speakers. I bought Alpine S series 6X9's for the back and alpine 6.5's for the front. I havent installed them yet because its a lot harder than it is in most cars. I got the rear speaker covers off but does anyone have advice for installation? and does anyone know how to properly remove the plastic rear speaker covers?
