Heater and A/C blower only works on high setting. What causes this? Also,
the drivers side window will go down, but only goes back up slowly and intermittently. I don't open it anymore for fear that it won't close "next time" The other power windows all work well. What would be the cause?

For your a/c heat issue it's probably your blower motor resister that's gone bad. The resistor determines how fast the fan goes. For your window problem I would check the window regulator. They commonly wear out.

Does it have automatic Ac or manual manual has a resister Automatic has a resistor for ac automatic controls Regulator is going bad slowing down .maybe bad ground Probably a bad reg

The blower resistor is bad replace it
