OBD PO128 CODE

We are looking at purchasing a 2000 Toyota Camry LE.  I hooked m diagnostic code
scanner up to the vehicle and the code PO128 came up. There is no engine light on the
dash illuminated. What could the issue be?

Code P-0128 on a toyota is coolant temperature below threshold. easily said, the thermostat is either stuck open, or partailly stuck open. replace the thermostat!

Is it 4 cylinder or 6 4 cylinder needs a water temp switch or efi temp semsor Or cooling system check for v6 leaks Ow antifreeze thermostat and or antifreeze Good luck
