All the windows in the car ground through the master window switch, and each window has an independent power source. The window lock opens the ground path and blocks the windows from operating. The motors should not be involved since the fuse blows as soon as the lock is released. My guess would be a defective door switch which is shorting power straight back to the master switch. As soon as the lock is released, the fuse blows. I would disconnect each of the switches and then replace the fuse. If it does not blow, then plug the switches in one at a time until it does. If the fuse blows even with all the switches out, then there is a short in the wiring harness. The most likely spot for the short is in the bend of the wiring where it goes from the door to the body on the driver's door, as it is flexed each time the door is open. The 2nd most likely spot is in the same spot on the RF door. You have to remove the door panel, the kick panel, disconnect the connectors going to the door and then pull the wires through into the door to look at them. Most likely you will have 2 cracked or broken, one of them a ground wire. Repairing these wires should fix the problem.
