Can I put 17 or 18 inch rims on my 2001 Camry Even tho
it has 15 inch rims on it now

You'd have to check the width and make sure it wouldnt rub on the inside of your wheel well. I put 16s on my 93 prelude and was lowered on coil over but the only thing I had to do was roll my fenders on the front (backs were cambered)

Ok well my tires say 205/65r15 and I found 225/70r15 with good rims. U think they will fit on my car
