2001 Camry shuts off while driving

This might be kinda long! I have a 2001 Camry with 210000 miles. I recently
started having issues with hard starts. Jump off and good. Went to have
battery checked, bad cell. Replaced battery. Then car would shut off then
immediately turn back on while driving. All presets would go out, not notice if
dash lights came on. Parked overnight, lost all presets. Turn key-nothing!
Turned two more times-nothing. Then started. Went to get battery checked.
Good, alternator good. Decided to take to Toyota dealer. No problems on
way. They were not sure. They kept for a day. Not able to recreate situation.
Came home, no problems next morning. Went to go out tonight, turned key-
nothing. Two times. Then clicking sound. Then started. Only difference now,
the dash and headlights were flickering softly. All the dash lights did come on
when shut off and back on! At my wits end! Tad

Have you tried the spare key to rule out a security problem? What engine in this vehicle? Any warning lights on or flashing?

Had similar problem with my 2006 RAV4....check your battery grounding wire and other grounds
