Hmmmmm.......now lets see. Its been about a year since this issue was raised so....you have a Low Beam head light out. Do all the other lights function correctly. Diectionals...Brake Lights....Park Lights...Interior Lights..etc.

I would be inclined to purchace a 12 bolt test light ......reference a wiring diagram.for this vehicle...and start testing the low beam headlight circuit.

the only "solution" I came up with ... I don't have high beams now since I used the high beam wires to plug in the low beam lights ... Hoping for a solution ...

Considering the absence of any history leading up to the issue with this vehicle.....I suggest you consider checking fuses. Under the hood there should be a fuse box. Lifting the cover of this box you will note an index of fuses noted on the underside of said cover. Check the following fuses. #3....#8....#25....#26. We usually check fuses with a 12 volt test light and the circuit in question ON. Get back with results.

So....John....any good news concerning the lights on your vehicle?

Didn't see your response until now ... Sorry for the delay . I just checked the #25 and #26 fuses they are okay. How do I check the #3 and #8 as they seem to be in a fusible link? Do I have to take the whole fuse box apart?

An inexpensive 12 volt test light is OK for testing fuses. Make sure the circuit being controlled by said fuse is turned on.

So this fusible link is in this picture ... But I am not sure how to test it .. they appear to be separate in the link ... Can't find a YouTube video to show me how

Which fuse box are we looking at? Is it possible that both low beam bulbs are burnt out? When one goes...some folks don't notice...until the other burns out.

Oops...I just notice your indicating the low beams work when you switched wires. Is that correct?

Same problem on 2007 Camry Hybrid headlights. Burns out or gradually dims lowbeams more and more, no problem with highs. Replaced over and over with various bulbs over 2 years, used Toyota dealer bulbs and other brands etc. Husband had a special non Toyota kit installed by dealer, good at first and now so dim that a car pulled out that did not see me in the dark and another time I did not see debris on the road and it damaged the car. Seems unfixable and dangerous!

Are the left side and the right side head lights on separate fuses?

On my 2010 Camry Hybrid, each headlamp beam has its own fuse -- H-LP(RL), H-LP(LL), H- LP(RH), H-LP(LH) -- for a total of 4 fuses. Right now, I have the right low beam out but all the others work. It seems the ground side of the fuse socket for the right side low beam isn't connected to a good ground (I checked the appropriate fuse but it was good, so I checked to see if there was voltage at the fuse socket by probing the two sides of it. No voltage. But wait! I tried checking each side of the fuse socket separately and there WAS 12VDC on one side, so then I checked to other side for continuity to ground and THAT's where I found the problem. Well, actually only half the problem -- I still don't know where along the path from the fuse block the wire is losing its connection to a good ground.

My low beams are out and the bulbs look good. How do I pull these fuses (H-LP(RL), H- LP(LL), H- LP(RH), H-LP(LH))? In the picture above, the fuses seem to be part of the 82620 black bar, but I can't pull mine out. What is the trick?

I have another question. Can a lightbulb be bad even if the filament and glass look new? I have the 2013 Camry Hybrid LE by the way.

Hello all, Same issue with my 2010 Camry Hybrid. Took the car to Toyota for an oil change and the low beams didn't work when driving home. Fuses are good and I replaced the bulbs ($50!?). Any thoughts?
