2001 Toyota Camry engine overheats and the heater only blows cold air

Asked by MrsMillerez Jan 15, 2015 at 10:19 AM about the 2001 Toyota Camry LE V6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Camry that was stolen recently and later retrieved by the police. Since the car was returned it has been one issue after another. We've replaced the battery, thermostat, air filter, radiator cap. Since the replacements, the car has needed to be jump started on 2 occasions and it has come close to over heating. What in the world could be the problem that we're overlooking?
