Transmission Maintenance

Asked by Kevin Mar 01, 2021 at 09:29 AM about the 2002 Toyota Camry LE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have to remove 6 bolts from the transmission to
dislodge it from the engine underneath the car. I
tried  a 19mm socket to turn the engine to get to
the bolts in a 2002 Toyota Camry  2.4L engine both
directions clockwise and counterclockwise but the
engine isn't turning at all. Is it something that I'm
overlooking that's causing the engine not to turn as
it should?
