2002 toyota camry problem

My car turns over but engine don't catch
and it makes a weird sound like quiet vacum

Sounds like your timing belt may have broken. Pull a plug and see if you have any compression. If you don't have a compression gauge, just put a wine cork in hole and turn the key. If the cork doesn't fly out of the hole, that means your pistons are not going up and down.

I like your "compression test"...great idea. I'll start saving all those corks from all that wine I've been drinking lately. Let's see...I'll need 4 corks for a 4 Cylinder.....6 for a .....OK I got it.

Only need to do one spark plug. Oh, wait...it would be more fun to polish off 4 bottles for 4 corks though.....
