My 2002 Toyota Camry

My car won't turn over it is dead silent I hear the
fuel pump and my dad says it's a humming coming
from under the hood, all my lights are on and
working but prior I DID notice the lights dimming
and Windows slowly rolling down but now
everything won't go off like it's stuck in the on
position

Have you considered a CORRECTLY performed jump start. Carefully now.....you hook up those cables WRONG......result big problems.
