Should I buy a used car that has a small oil leak?

Is it normal for cars around 100,000 miles to have a small oil leak?  Found an '02 Camry with 104k miles for $2400 and noticed evidence of a small leak beneath the engine. I was hoping to get the 300k miles that these cars are known for... Will this oil leak lead to premature issues?

Find out what it is. Many leaks are easily repaired, some are expensive.
