What does the Maintenance Required Light mean? I just got my oil changed and the light was reset at that time.

Either the oil guys messed something up or you have a genuine issue some place in your car. You will have to take it back to the oil guys so they can verify that it wasn't them. If they reset it again and it comes on, then you will have to bring it in and have the codes read.
