Nothing, it's the same engine. 144 cid= 2.4liter and I4, letter "I"4 means Inline 4 cylinder, and DOHC is Dual Overhead Cam

Im looking for an alternator for 2007 Camry LE but gives me 2 options a. 2362CC 14 GAS DOHC b. 2357CC 144Cu In 14 GAS DOHC I have VIN# of the car but doesnt specify which model is the car because apparently both alternators are different; even that physically they look the same

Seems like 2362CC engine/car is made in Japan and 2357CC engine is made in USA. I am not 100% sure but reading about some other specs for the 2362CC i saw engine made in Japan but according to my car VIN# it was made in USA so I am deducing that is the difference.
