I just changed the starter and spark plugs in my 04 camry
the plugs in the rear you have to pull intake and now the
cluster fuse keeps blowing I'm just wondering if anyone
else had this problem and might have a simple fix?

Am I correct in assuming this is a 6 cylinder engine? Curious....why did you change starter and spark plugs? Does this engine now crank over and run properly?
Is this fuse called out as a "Cluster" fuse.....double check the cover on this fuse box?. Where is this fuse located?
If the cluster fuses were okay before you did the repair then you need to go back over your work. Either a wrong connection at the starter or perhaps an unseated connector or pinched wire.
If you removed the intake manifold and now the gauge cluster keeps blowing, you most likely have pinched a wire. Go back and check your wires. Like your temp sensors next to your thermostat.
It was something with the radio the customer just replaced lol i work at a import shop but he brought it in because the starter went out and while it was here he wanted the back 3 plugs changed but yes it is the v6 but traced the schematics were the fuse went and it was wire behind radio didnt know if any "common" problems like this existed or not lol thank yall also!!
