If your battery is over 5 years old that may be your entire problem. My kids car had the same issue. Replaced everything you have replaced and had the battery checked. Battery tested fine. Problem remained...changed out battery, problem solved. Never trust those battery load testers....

Update: When I purchased my Camry in 2006, Toyota was installing an anti- theft device they called "Protection Plus". Essentially it is an ignition inhibitor wired to the starter, and in order to start the car you need to engage the inhibitor (turn on the radio, roll the driver-side window down, turn on hazard lights, something like that). If the inhibitor is not engaged the car will not start let alone turn over. I took the car back to the dealer that sold the car to me and asked if this could be my problem, they said maybe but that they would replace the component free of charge. After the replacement the car runs perfectly. Thanks to everyone for all of the suggestions, I will definitely keep them in mind should something else go wrong in the future.
