The blower motor is powered by a relay. The heater control grounds the control coil portion of the heater relay so it energizes and closes the contacts to provide power to the blower motor. Start by checking for battery voltage on blue/red wire at the blower motor connector with the blower turned to full. If you're getting battery voltage, then the problem is on the ground side of the circuit. If you don't get power, start by checking the two fuses that power the relay, fuse HTR 50A and HTR 10A. IF they're good, then swap the blower motor relay with another relay with the same footprint. See this post on how blower motors are wired. https://ricksfreeautorepairadvice.com/blower-motor-fix/
