Does this plug go here

I have a 1999 Toyota Solara with code p0441 and p0446. I saw that it could be
the gas cap or unplugged hoses usually. So I checked the engine and lo and
behold a hose was undone. The hose connecting to the air filter as seen in
picture one was undone and I plugged it up.

I also see another plug that may be unplugged but I'm not sure if its suppose
to be plugged how I think. In the second picture you can see me holding a
plug and I'm wondering does it go to that air filter plug hole right there.
