In most vehicles, your thermostat is at the engine end of your upper radiator hose. Disconnect the hose and there will be a goose neck that the hose attaches to. Usually two bolts hold that to your engine block. Remove the bolts and the goose neck connector will come off, your thermostat will be visible once you do that.
