convertible and all windows down/up button not working

recently my convertible and my all windows down/up
buttons quit working..i realaized that the battery in the car
was not the correct size so u got the right one and the a
few things started working like normal except these two
things..i have power to the fuses and the alternator is
working but now the back passenger window is stuck down
and the convertible wont open/close..please help

Are the controls in the driver's door?
