Any1 knows how to trace a location of a short on 1990 Toyota Celica 2.2 ltr HB in the IGN Curcuit

Every component is bin disconnected , also traced it that it is b4 fuse box 1
and more likely in the cabin between ignition switch and harness connection
behind Relay Integrator. Main white wire is shorting to the Ground..

So didn't you just answer your question with the white wire? Also sounds like you are on the wright path, just keep at it. But if you had a short, you would be blowing a fuse.
No I didn't answer my own qstn, cos I still don't know the location of that short. And No, a short is not always blowing fuses..
Look for worn or burnt wiring insulation touching to ground, check to make sure you have contact with the wire and connectors, pull on the wires to see if they are securely attached in the connectors. Use a test light and or a volt ohm (Ω) meter to aid in your search. What is not working? Sometimes it takes a lot of patients to trace a wiring problem if you can't spot the obvious problem.
