how do i bleed the brakes?

i cant get the brakes to bleed.how do i bleed the brakes ive tryed to losen bleeder valves and that didnt work ive replaced the master ccylender 2 times already and still nothing .can you help?

If you changed the master cylinder then u have to bleed all the wheels starting at the one farthest from the cylinder. so usually passenger side rear, drivers side rear passenger side front , drivers side front. if that doesnt get all the air out of the system you might have to bleed the master cylinder. air can get trapped up there. im guessing u know how to bleed brakes. one person pumping the brake while one person opens up the bleeder.
sometimes you have to bench bleed the master cyl before hand as well... not sure how its done on a toyota although...
