Question type: Maintenance & Repair

To give a quick summary my 1994 Celica GT had a factory radio it used to work turn on I didn't have the code to access or disengage the anti theft system and it locked me out so then I decided to take it out and try to put a 2 different radios In and they won't turn on so I don't know if they are broke or it has something to do with the anti theft. So my question is does the anti theft have anything to do with the radios not working and how do I disengage it

Yes,it is wired in threw the ecm,but you can run,a new hot wire,to a aftermarket radio, and get around it,not with that factory radio thoe.
