started car and didnt want to start, too cold, finally got it started, but running rough and check engine light is blinking and the car has no power

Engine light is probably flashing a code, does engine smooth out when engine gets up to temperature?

I'm having same issue, same car. 2.2 2006 Chevy Cobalt sedan . Just changed knock sensor, crank position sensor, all the plugs, ran dry gas through it. It started giving us issues in the cold and hasn't really stopped lol. Of course it's still only 35 degrees f out but much warmer than -20.

2006 Cobalt all of the sudden I lost power steering, cruise control, power windows, windshield wipers. The a air bag light came on and the middle of the display on the dashboard (I.e. where the check in light and seat belt light is) is out. The car has driven fine until I started this morning. Now my driver's side window is stuck down and it's barley drivable. I went to a Chevy dealership and they say all recalls on the car were fixed in 2014, oddly enough including the ignition, power steering, and air bag ... I asked why it was all broken again.
