My car just stopped and now it will not start any more. When I turn the key it sounds like it want to start but doesn't. Help me please

I replaced the battery, radiator, and
spark plunges. What am I to do.

Did you follow the order of the spark plug cables

Yes I replace each plug 1 at a time. You no like pulled one took out old replace with new. Then pull the other. All 4 of them

Is the motor still turning over? Is it Turing slow? Or not at all? Be more descriptive because at the moment it could be just about anything

It's revving up like it want to start. But seem as if something just not letting it stay on. Like it turning over but not staying on.

after turning the key over 3 times to allow fuel pump to push gas to engine the 4th turned the car right on.
