No spark
I have a red plug that has a lite blue, white and
black wire going to it but can't find any place to
plug it in. Wondering if that is why I don't have
spark

I was thinking it was for a automatic trany but it is clean like it was plugged in.
Use the reach of the plug to look for possible locations. I cannot see a connection in your photo but if there is one it will be near the plug. If this was an unused plug it probably would have had a cover that may have fallen off.

That plug goes by the throttle body under the fuel rail
