new remanufactured engine wont start

I have switched out my old engine that was blown but still running with a new engine and after installing it its not starting, I have changed out the camshaft sensor and the crank shaft sensor, I am getting fuel and spark, and it sputters when cranking but no start and idle.

Hope u have a warranty on that rebuilt engine...Take it back and get 'em to fix it!

well I don't think its the engine, I think it may have something to do with the electronics of it, and I don't think its getting enough pressure to the fuel rail. if I could have the pump to run all the time instead of it just priming the system I could figure out if that is the problem.

the reason why I think its the electronics is because I had to take all the sensors and everything off my old engine and put them on my new one I just got
