my driving lights do not come on. what would cause this problem?

Asked by jhawkins Jan 08, 2007 at 01:14 PM about the 2000 Toyota Celica GTS Hatchback

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My driving lights aren't coming on.  The fog lights and side lights do. When the car is on, the knob on the dash indicates that they are on, but they aren't.  I  have had the bulbs and fuses checked and they are fine.

Hello, There could be a problem with a loose wire or a faulty relay. I would check the relays next or bring to a mechanic to review the wires. Best of luck! CarGrrl

check the circuit board behind the fuse box, they have been noted to crack
