Toyota celica replaced fan and radiator. BRAND NEW. 2002 celica still overheats.

That's what I was gonna replace next. Can it be a blown gasket? I bought the car used and was in a head on collision. It needed lots of work. The owner before me could have possibly damaged it

Is there any steam coming from tail pipe and check the oil is it a milky color all inductions of a blown head gasket ? If not I think no but with out being there to check for myself I would just replace thermostat and go from there.
