Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2005 Toyota Celica GTS with around 64,000 miles on it. In the morning, when I first start it, the idle is very high and loud. The idle stays high until about 45 minutes later. What can I do?  The car was tuned up, and the mechanic said the idle was fine. I had a 2004 Toyota Celica GTS and it ran fine, no high idle.
