1991 Toyota Corolla electrical issue

I have a 1991 Toyota corolla and the dash lights and the head lights are flickering and the brake and alt. light go off and on.

Can anyone help me with this please

Sounds like a problem in the charging system, see if you can get someone to put a voltmeter on it should stay steady around 13.5-14.4 volts
