Good question..that's what we need to know. Manual or automatic? I have a 2006 and it idles at 1200 cold at start-up, normal idle 900, and 2200 cruising at 60. The Red-line is 6200. Your 1993 may not be the same but should be somewhere in that range...like if it idles warm at 1500rpm you probably have a vacuum leak, or some un-metered air entering intake.... and if it's taching 3000@ 60 may be transmission slipping. We also need to know is it the 1.6L 4A FE or the 1.8L 7A FE

Probably about 900 to 1000. Give me a minute and I will see if I can find the spec

I can't find the spec but I am pretty sure that's it...somewhere between 900 and 1000 warm idle
