HAVE A BIG PROBLEM CHANGE ALL ELECTRICAL STUFF LIKE ROTOR COIL IGNITION CAP GOVERNOR AND CAR STILL NOT TURN ON

Dear salsero- Well, if you put them all in right then I guess we can say its not a problem with one of them. It could be a whole lot of other things- a list too long to put on this page. Did you check to see if you have any gas? Why don't you let a professional look at it? There should still be years of life in that 1995 Corolla. Take care of it. Good luck from Bovan.
