If what you mean by cooling relays is the cooling fan relay, referring to Haynes Manual for Toyota Corolla and Geo Prism 1993-2002, the No. 1 relay is in the engine compartment fuse box. There should be 3 more relays in the adjacent relay box; the 1st one is for the airconditioning, the next 2 are no. 3 & no. 2 cooling fan relays,

Take the wire off the switch Ground it of the fan comes on replace the switch fan no the relay also one relay for ac fan engine fan same way Ace
