http://www.manuals365.com/download/toyota/toyota_corolla_owners_manual_1998.html Page 209 in fuse panel under dash left if steering wheel ...Fuse #19. Left side of fuse box second from bottom There are no images available, the only one is in that pdf download that I can't copy. But you can see it there The washer pump and wiper motor are on same fuse. Copied and pasted from 1998 owners manual:"19. WIP 20 A: Windshield wipers and washer" I think it's a matter of tracing wires to pump. After being stored for 5 years rodents chewing on wires is possible. Or run a new wire from fuse (the downstream side, not the feed side of bus) to pump. But before you do that, get a multi-meter or even a $1 -- 12V test test light to see if there is power to new pump, hold tester leads red on Pos+ side of pump, black- lead to ground while a helper tries to use washer. Also, with a new pump, you can not hear it Hmmmmm while pulling stalk? Could be clogged nozzles, hoses off or broken, lots of things can happen in 5 years

Just happened to me sort of freaked me and my kid out. So I dropped my daughter off at school. I push in all the fuses on the drivers side and I made sure all the wires were completely connected box on the driver side. There's also a fuse location further past that and I made sure all those wires and main relays are connected. Car has not done it since
