Toyota Corolla 2000 stalled out while in drive

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So while my Toyota Corolla 2000 was at a red light, my engine stalled out
and turned off. Once that happened, the battery light, low oil pressure and
check engine light all came on. The engine cranks over and turns on for less
than a second before it stalls out and turns off. The car ran fine, it never tried
to stall out on me before this incident occurred. Can anyone help me out with
what might be the problem?

I know very well how hard it is to replace parts on a car. Even harder to diagnose the problem and figure out what's the cause of the issue. I have no error codes to show since I don't have a scanning tool and don't work on cars on a regular basis. Can you be a bit more insightful?

The car has already been towed to a shop since last night. They said they wouldn't be able to get to it until Monday, so I just wanted to try and get some info on what might be the issues. I appreciate this feedback a lot more. Thank you good sir. You're a gentleman and a scholar.

Turns out to be an error code of p1305 ingniter circuit #2. The engine would shut off since coil #2 was bad. Had all 4 coils as well as spark plugs replaced. It runs perfect now.
