Where is the switch or fuses

It's probably not a fuse but check it first. There should be a fuse box under the hood. I gonna say its a bad brake light switch. Its located under the dash where the brake pedal mounts to the firewall. If that's not it then its probably a broken/corroded/shorted out wire.

I had a guy tape a nickel to the brake pedal on mine, as the parts shop wanted $9 for the little plastic cone. It's been on there for 2 years. : )
