oil coming in plugs

i have toyota corolla 2004 and oil is coming in its
all 4 plugs. for this reason the engine is giving very
low pick up. some mechanic told me that is has
coils problm some say head gasket is gone.
PLZ  TELL  ME   REPAIR  OF  THIS  PRBLM  IS  
GOOD  OR  BUYING  A  NEW  ENGINE  IS  GOOD??
