My Toyota corolla start then stop within a second

I have a Toyota corolla 2005 and I am facing an
issue with my car starting then stopping at the
same time.I have replaced the battery, spark plugs,
fuel pump and housing. I have also check the fuel
injectors, ignition coils, cleaned the fuel tank and
replaced the fuel in the tank. I did an engine check
scan without any success of solving this issue.
Engine check scan had faults code
C1249 ABS fault code C1350  and also the fuel
pump was not working which was replaced with a
new housing and pump. The other fault was
repaired.the engine Ecu faults were reset. What I
do notice with the engine is that not all fuel
injectors get voltage to the injector at times,
sometime there are no voltage going to the
injectors or only to one or two, so I am led to
believe that I may have an Ecu issue but the scan
test which was done did not shows this fault.
