Possible ECM problem

Probably can't bench test at home. The fault needs to be properly diagnosed. This may require a mechanic with the proper test equipment. Throwing parts at it is a fools folly that in many situations cost more than taking it to someone to get it repaired.
You can't test an ECM with just a multimeter, it requires diagnostic scanning tools that is usually beyond what most shops can afford. You're probably better off going back to the dealer. They can also apply any outstanding updates needed.
